Nonwoven Geotextile
Needle-punched nonwoven geotextile in PP staple, PP filament and PET staple — for filtration, separation, drainage and mechanical protection.
Four key functions
Nonwoven geotextile is the workhorse of civil works. Depending on mass and construction, it separates soil layers, filters while passing water, drains in-plane, and protects geomembranes from puncture. We produce three fiber families covering light separation fabrics to heavy protection grades.
- PP filament — continuous-filament spunbond, 50–1500 g/m², widths 2–6.5 m; our specialty for cost-sensitive separation works
- PET staple — needle-punched polyester for stable long-term filtration
- PP staple — needle-punched polypropylene for general separation and protection
- Consistent mass per unit area and thickness, roll after roll
Virgin raw materials only, no recycled content. At equal weight, PP filament gives more fibers and more bonding points than polyester for high strength, drainage and filtration.
